The Role:
Supporting the Acquisition Team with the account management and development of key partnerships, day to day management of the Irish website, and the creation, implementation and reporting of customer acquisition and retention campaigns (affiliation, search engine, partnerships, eCRM, product launches).
Responsibilities:
To manage relationships with key online partners to grow and exceed revenue goals:
- Work closely with Dept head to develop overall Partner strategy & operating plan
- Lead all planning, target-setting, forecasting and reporting to achieve revenue goals through online partnerships
- Utilise strong project management and relationship management strategies to ensure expectations are managed and partner growth is achieved
- Develop & execute all customer acquisition initiatives, agree the promo plan and annual trading calendar with key partners through high trust relationships within our key accounts
- Own the delivery and execution of the overall operating plan to an exemplary standard with creativity and flair
- Improve overall ROI and increase all key metrics such as revenue, reach, conversion rates, acquisition volumes, brand awareness and margin, whilst respecting budgets and overall CPA goals
- Be the voice of our partners internally; develop a partner centric view to ensure their interests impact all relevant decision making like NPD process for example
- Communicate progress, performance & share best practice across UK departments & Corporate Marketing
Supporting team with setting-up and running of Customer Acquisition Campaigns on Irish market:
- Setting-up and coordinating promotional campaigns to drive acquisition of new customers and ensuring tracking and reporting in place
- Managing Irish Affiliates and Affiliate Networks, recruiting new affiliates, dealing with affiliate enquiries
- Working with Partnerships Team for implementation and management of local campaigns for key accounts
- Migrating relevant partners to our affiliate programs
- Putting together monthly partner performance reports
- Improve overall ROI and increase all key metrics such as revenue, reach, conversion rates, acquisition volumes, brand awareness and margin, whilst respecting budgets and overall CPA goals
Supporting marketing team with growing PhotoBox sales on the Irish market:
- Responsible for driving marketing mix (pricing, promotions), maintaining website content and localization
- Reporting and analyzing all key website metrics (traffic, conversion, bounce rates, sales)
- Coordinating timely delivery of core design assets and new features with web team
- Assisting in launch of new products, helping optimize usability and adoption
- Working with Customer Retention team to improve all loyalty metrics, develop and run local promotional calendar
- Working with the SEM & SEO manager and providing support by performing keyword research, undertaking competitor analysis, creative writing, daily and weekly reporting
Qualifications & Personal Characteristics - essential :
- Proven results driven individual with good business acumen
- Commercially driven with excellent interpersonal and partner facing/management skills
- Good understanding of ecommerce and e-tail/retail mechanics and levers such as key traffic drivers, online merchandizing, conversion points, customer journey and yield management
- High calibre strategy & analytics, data driven with good understanding of ROI measurement and optimization, and online analytics tools
- Ability to gain useful insights from large volumes of data
- Strong project management, operational and coordination skills
- Superior leadership, influencing (including cross-department coordination) and communication skills (verbal, written and presentation)
- Intense customer focus
- Proactive and goal-oriented; good at juggling multiple priorities and time management
- Personal fit: High energy, sense of humour, friendly/outgoing, team player
Other qualifications & Personal Characteristics:
- Four to six years experience in a similar online marketing role, preferably partner/affinity marketing or key online account management/business development
- Passionate marketer with good understanding of online marketing mix including PPC, campaign management and proven track record of results delivery and success through online partnerships
- Deep familiarity with emerging trends within leading online verticals such as networks, portals, social media, ecommerce, blogs, etc

The Role:
To support the Head of Loyalty in achieving the ‘existing customers’ sales target and improve overall loyalty primarily through the delivery of a more personalized website experience and more relevant and personal email communications. Specifically this person will be required to project manage the process of on-site and email communications delivery as part of an in-house CRM team, with hands-on control of the email delivery platform. This job is a mixture of science and art with the emphasis on science but an ability to truly understand the art.
Responsibilities:
Main responsibilities and accountabilities:
- Manage and optimize the on-site marketplace of inventory and merchandising modules and achievement of all KPIs
- Brief the creative team on promotion and check site to ensure consistency of messaging
- Develop a knowledge base on our competitors and key e-retailers and propose improvement and develops best practices
- Ensure the management and broadcast of regular and ad-hoc email communications via our licensed 3rd party CRM technology platform (Neolane)
- Implementation of the weekly promotions/trading calendar on-site and through email
- Support the Head of Loyalty in developing new/ on-going development of all CRM programs
- Support the Head of Loyalty to develop briefs and optimize email creative/templates with the in-house design team
- Support the Head of Business Intelligence in management of our 3rd party vendors (‘Neolane’ and ‘Omniture’), ensure all operational issues are flagged and future requirements get captured and prioritized
- Ensure all email content and promo links are accurate and implemented correctly
- Regular liaison with Customer Services to ensure they have awareness of the promotional calendar
- Analyze and benchmark all house inventory and email performance to output recommendations for continuous improvement and higher yield
- Partner closely with Data and Insights Manager for all data mining and targeting needs in service of delivery of overall CRM objectives and KPIs
- Produce and distribute weekly dashboards to track overall CRM performance and delivery of ‘old customers sales’ through all channels (including but not restricted to email)
- Support the development of a 360 customer contact strategy to deliver a more personalized website experience that joins up to email and other customer touch points
Job requirements:

Basic Qualifications:
- Hands on experience of managing a 3rd party CRM technology/platform fore email broadcast
- University Degree or equivalent experience
- 2-4 years experience in direct/database marketing or website merchandising development and/or implementation
- Expertise in catalogue direct marketing, continuity program direct marketing, and/or the B2C online industry a plus
- 2+ years experience utilizing outbound email marketing and developing promotional marketing campaigns, ideally in a B-to-C environment, preferred
- Knowledge of MS Excel, Word, Outlook, Project and Powerpoint
